At Neko Giftie, we want every unboxing to bring a smile. If something arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it or refund you in full — no returns needed.
You’ll also receive a 20% off code for your next order as a little thank-you for your patience. We take full responsibility to make your gifting experience worry-free.


1) Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • This policy applies to all customers worldwide.


2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • With all tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, plush toys, accessories, and personal-use items cannot be returned once opened or used.


3) Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items

  • Final-sale and clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved names, made-to-order gifts) → No refunds, exchanges, or size changes

  • Perishable or fragile goods that cannot be resold safely


4) Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please email photos of the damage/defect along with your order number.

  • The product must still have its tag and be unused.

  • You’ll receive a full refund or a replacement, plus a 20% discount code for your next purchase.

  • No need to return the damaged item — keep it as a free gift from us. 🎀


5) How to Start a Return

Email support@nekogiftie.com with:

  1. Your name (as shown on the order)

  2. Your order number (#NKG-XXXX)

  3. The item(s) you want to return and the reason

Our team will reply within 24 hours with next steps.

Please note: returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.


6) Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind, wrong size, or not-as-expected returns, the customer pays return shipping.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Neko Giftie covers all shipping costs.


7) Exchanges

  • The quickest option: return your item, place a new order, and send us the tracking number once your return is delivered.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll refund your original purchase (excluding shipping).


8) Size Exchange (Non-Custom Products Only)

  • Ship your item back with a tracking number.

  • Once received, we’ll remake and send your new size.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for size exchange.


9) Refunds

  • You’ll receive an email once your return is received and checked.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received it, please reach out to support@nekogiftie.com.

Partial refunds may apply for items returned used, damaged, or missing tags.


10) Packaging & Responsibility

Please package your return safely. You’re responsible for the parcel until it arrives at our warehouse — tracked shipping is highly recommended.
